Artist Aprille Best Glover's method is unusual.
One, cut up a book. In this case the book is Dante’s Inferno.
Two, arrange its fragments in space and time.
The space is the city Firenze, but Firenze as hell itself - a series of concentric circles centered around the Plazza Signoria. The time is April 1-4 during holy week 2007. The resulting guerilla installation is curious blend of the monumental and the ephemeral, of formal design and random chance.
